The Dean of Students: Prof. Yoav Ariel

The office of the dean of students is a university body that oversees students' welfare. Aided by professional teams, the dean's office coordinates services whose aim is to direct and assist students toward a solution for personal, academic and administrative problems that may arise during their studies.

The dean's office provides the following services:

• Scholarships and financial aid
• Student welfare
• Advice on choice of major and testing for learning disabilities
• Occupational guidance
• Social involvement

• Psychological counseling 

The dean of students is appointed by the rector for a five year term that runs parallel to the rector's term of office.
