The Rector's Wednesday Noon Lectures

Every semester since the 1996/'97 academic year, the rector's office has sponsored a different lecture series aimed at students, faculty and the general public. The lecturers are top academics in their particular field, and the series is very popular.

The Professor Judah Eisenberg Annual Memorial Lectures: Israel's Independence

This series has been running continuously since the 1998 academic year, close to Independence Day, as an evening of lectures on various subjects.

Guest Chairs

Within the rector's purview are a number of Chairs whose endowments are meant to fund the invitation of guest professors from abroad for short periods.
